Help the Westport Weston Family Y honor our past and ensure our future by supporting our campaign to build a wonderful new home for the Y at our Mahackeno campus.
For a tax-deductible donation of $100 to our Building What Matters capital campaign, you can include a favorite photo in our interactive mosaic of “The Westport-Weston YMCA,” a watercolor by local artist Kassie Foss of our beautiful Bedford Building, home of the Family Y since 1923.
Your photo, along with those of hundreds of other Y members and supporters, will be used to create a picture mosaic of this watercolor rendering. When complete, this picture mosaic will be permanently displayed in our new Y as a 6 ft. x 4 ft. mural. You’ll be able to locate your photo within the mosaic, and search for friends and neighbors!
You may include up to 10 photos (at $100 per submission). It’s a wonderful way to be recognized as an integral part of our Y family as well as to honor loved ones.

Building What Matters...
...is the name of the Westport Weston Family Y’s campaign to build a sustainable new home that will allow us to continue to fulfill our mission, which is to enrich our entire community by developing and nurturing the potential of our youth, promoting healthy living for all and fostering a sense of social responsibility.
Our new Family Y will begin as a full-service, 54,000 sq. ft. facility that will include a lap pool and warm-water family/teaching pool; expansive health & wellness center; gymnasium for multiple sports and activities; three large group-fitness studios; a child watch/kids’ adventure gym area; and other amenities of a modern, family-oriented Y facility. Our new Y is expected to open in November, 2014.
Upon completion of all construction stages, the Family Y at Mahackeno will comprise 102,000 sq. ft. and will also include a Gymnastics Center, Child Care wing and expanded Aquatics and Health & Wellness areas.
